Hours of communication: 10 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri (for text support and email)

Channels of communication: Text, whatsapp, or email

Listening hours: Any number of listening hours between sessions

 Payment terms: When you enter into agreement with your payment plan or pay in full, you are stating your responsibility to pay on time and complete each payment as discussed.

Cancelation terms: No cancelations, unless there is a health emergency or something of similar rarity and urgency that needs attending to, and you have a conversation with Heather letting her know what’s going on.
